Partner Matthew Readings spoke at the GCR Live: Foreign Investment & Protectionism 2021 conference in London on December 8, 2021.

Matthew participated on the panel, “EU and Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy” with panelists Florence Haaas, Giuseppe Scassellati-Sforzolini and Saar Dierckens and moderator Helen Gornall. The panel discussed how the EC FDI screening mechanism has worked in practice and examined key cases and new developments in Germany, France and Italy.
