Partner Jennifer Younan and associate Anna Guillard-Sazhko (both Paris-International Arbitration) participated in the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) 8th Online Arbitration School on April, 20 2020.
Jennifer and Anna gave a lecture titled “Arbitral Awards: Setting Aside and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards” that was attended by students from Albania, Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, India, Iran, France, Kazakhstan, The Netherlands, Nepal, Nigeria, Peru, Sweden, UAE, UK, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
