Elvira participated in the panel “Labour and competition: Non-poaching agreements, status of platform workers: What are the risks?” moderated by Frédéric Jenny of the OECD Competition Committee. The day was opened with a keynote speech by Oliver Guersent, Director-General at DG Comp, European Commission.
