The Northwestern Pritzker School of Law hosted its 50th Annual Securities Regulation Institute from January 30, 2023 – February 1, 2023. During the three-day event, attendees learned from regulators who write new regulations, judges who interpret the law to resolve complex disputes and prominent practitioners who guide their clients through the maze of new legislation, regulations and jurisprudence. The conference was designed for securities practitioners, outside and in-house counsel, compliance officers, regulators, investment bankers and securities dealers.
