Antitrust partner James Webber participated on a panel at the Global Competition Review Live Law Leaders Europe conference organized by GCR in Brussels on June 28.

The panel, titled “Divergence Between the European Commission and the Courts? A New Era of Merger Enforcement,” focused on the review by European courts of the merger decisions adopted under the European Union Merger Regulation.
