Global Managing Partner Doreen E. Lilienfeld spoke on a panel titled “Pay Versus Performance:  The Future of Data and Disclosure for Investors” at the inaugural Equilar Compensation Committee Forum.  She was joined by board members and other industry experts and share insights relating to how disclosure will shape the evaluation of pay versus performance for investors and proxy advisor firms.  The panel provided practical guidance and lessons learned from this year’s proxy season, disclosure best practices, and what is to come in 2024.
