Of counsel David Clinch, counsel Angela Heywood Bible and counsel Kyle Koh (Singapore-Project Development & Finance) hosted a breakfast panel session titled “CCUS Panel Discussion: From Emissions to Solutions” at Shearman & Sterling’s Singapore office on November 7, 2023.

The session brought together a cross-industry panel including representatives from the Asian Development Bank, Chevron, Ernst & Young, Standard Chartered Bank, Wärtsilä and Shearman, together with over 50 other participants to discuss the development of carbon capture and storage in Asia Pacific, including potential business models, commercialization, financing, regulation and policy.
