Asia Regional Managing Partner and Head of Greater China Lorna Chen was an instructor for the HKVCA Private Equity Fundamentals Course 2023, organized by the Hong Kong Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Lorna taught “Establishing PE Funds” as part of Module 6: Fundraising Overview, with over 100 attendees joining in person and online. 

This is the 11th year for Lorna to be on the faculty and she has been one of the top rated instructors for years. Other courses of the program include fundraising market overview, investor relationships, investment considerations, valuation of assets, exits, compliance and other topics related to the private equity and venture capital business.
