Shearman Finance Partners Heather Waters Borthwick and Tom Mastoras co-moderated a panel on private credit at the 29th Annual LPC Middle Market, Direct Lending & Large Corporate Loans Conference on Nov. 2 at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City.

Heather and Tom moderated a panel entitled “Prime Time for Private Credit: Momentum and Opportunity.” Joining Heather and Tom on the panel were Pemira Vice-President Molly Breen Dirscherl, Blackstone Senior Managing Director Chris Sullivan, Blackrock Managing Director Jason A.
