Global law firm Shearman & Sterling has moved its Silicon Valley office from Palo Alto to Menlo Park, effective today. The new space is larger than the firm’s existing footprint in Palo Alto and reflects the firm’s commitment to continued growth throughout the Bay Area. In addition to its presence in Silicon Valley, the firm has a long-established office in San Francisco, and many of the firm’s lawyers maintain offices in both locations.

Shearman & Sterling’s Menlo Park office is, like all of the firm’s offices worldwide, full service, with lawyers advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, intellectual property, antitrust, leveraged finance, project development and finance, complex business litigation and international arbitration, financial regulatory, investment funds and tax.
