Shearman & Sterling Advises Underwriters in The Huntington National Bank’s $500 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Goldman, Sachs & Co., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and The Huntington Investment Company as the joint-book running managers in connection with the 3(a)(2) offering by The Huntington National Bank of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.875% Senior Notes due 2020. The proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

The Bank, founded in 1866, and its affiliates provide full-service commercial, small business, and consumer banking services; mortgage banking services; treasury management and foreign exchange services; equipment leasing; wealth and investment management services; trust services; brokerage services; customized insurance brokerage and service programs; and other financial products and services.
