Shearman & Sterling has been named “Law Firm of the Year” 2016 by the UK’s RollOnFriday for the second year running. Shearman & Sterling shares the top spot with Burges Salmon.

In this highly popular annual survey, over 4,500 fee-earners and non-fee-earners in firms across the UK rate their career development, salary, work/life balance, management, culture and social life.

Shearman & Sterling scored 84 percent overall, the highest in a field with an average mark of 69 percent.
