Shearman & Sterling represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as underwriter in connection with the public secondary offering of common stock of Cencosud S.A. by selling shareholder Inversiones Tano Limitada. The shares of common stock were allocated in the United States and elsewhere outside of Chile in the form of American Depositary Shares and in Chile in the form of common stock.  The gross proceeds to the selling shareholder were US$40,097,078.13 (before underwriter commissions and expenses).
