Partner Antonia Stolper (New York-Capital Markets) participated in the Women in the Profession (WIP) 2017 Annual Conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina, moderating the panel titled “She Says, He Says: Leadership – Know, Make & Be.” Attracting over 400 participants with panels comprised of senior women from international and local firms as well as leading business figures, the conference included discussions on how women can achieve long-term career goals through continuous skill-building and take advantage of available opportunities to advance their careers. 

Stolper was also featured in an article in G de Gestión, the prestigious Peruvian magazine, titled “Can Women Lawyers Destroy Myths in the Legal Profession?” and was interviewed by the magazine in an article titled “Peru Advances.” In her interview, she discusses how WIP has blossomed in just six months, with the formation of 18 country-level committees developing action plans to advance women in the legal profession and taking on pro bono projects to help women in need in each country. “If you want something done, give it to a busy woman lawyer,” Stolper remarked. She also noted that Peru has an outstanding committee that has made fantastic progress in very little time since launching in December of last year.
