Shearman & Sterling received three awards at the Dealer’s Choice CEE Legal Awards on June 6 in Prague.

The awards ceremony is an annual celebration of CEE’s legal markets and the lawyers who work within them.

The firm was recognized for its work on a broad range of transactions in the region over the last 12 months including:

• “Deal of the Year” in Hungary for the IPO of Waberer
• “Deal of the Year” in Greece for the Attica Bank NPL securitization
• “Deal of the Year” in Serbia for the EBRD and IFC financing of Vetroelektrane Balkana
