Shearman & Sterling is pleased to announce that Ward McKimm has rejoined the firm as a partner in our Capital Markets practice.

Based in the London office, Ward focuses on high yield bond offerings and other leveraged finance transactions, representing both underwriters and issuers internationally. He originally joined the firm in New York in 1997 and moved to London in 1999.
