Our inclusion network BLAQUE (Black Lawyers Aligned in the Quest for Excellence) and Shearman Alumni hosted a Distinguished Alumni Perspectives program featuring Clarence Nesbitt on June 13 in New York. The event brought together nearly 100 current and former Shearman & Sterling colleagues for an enlightening presentation.

Clarence knows a thing or two about career success. Serving in several roles of increasing complexity and importance, Clarence has crafted a successful career trajectory from his time at Shearman & Sterling to his long history at Nike. Now as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors for THINK450, the Innovation Engine of the National Basketball Players Association, he came to the New York office to share his personal and professional insights.
