Shearman & Sterling advised Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, on an amendment to Global Medical Response, Inc.’s existing ABL revolving credit facility to upsize the facility to $500 million in total ABL commitments and $200 million in Letter of Credit commitments.
Global Medical Response is an industry-leading medical transportation company formed by bringing together two industry leaders: Air Medical Group Holdings (AMGH) and American Medical Response (AMR). Both are providers of emergency air medical services in the United States. Global Medical Response, Inc. is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
