Shearman & Sterling represented the Province of Ontario in connection with Ontario’s public offering of US$1.25 billion of its 2.000 percent bonds due October 2, 2029. An application has been made to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for the bonds to be admitted to trading on its Euro MTF Market.
