Eight Lawyers Named to The Legal 500's Mexico Private Practice Powerlist

Eight Shearman & Sterling lawyers from our Capital Markets, Project Development & Finance and Real Estate practices were named to The Legal 500’s Private Practice Powerlist, which features leading U.S. attorneys with a focus on Mexico. Our team has made the list for three consecutive years, since it was first published.

The lawyers who made the list include partners Antonia Stolper, (New York-Capital Markets); Denise Grant and associate Augusto Ruiloba (all New York-Project Development & Finance) and partner Malcolm Montgomery (New York-Real Estate).

Selection of lawyers named to the Private Practice Powerlist involved the canvassing of opinions from law firm partners and in-house counsel alike, as well as analysis of the career trajectories of the candidates considered for inclusion.

Shearman & Sterling’s Latin America group has more than 30 years of experience advising on matters in Mexico and is highly regarded for its fundamental understanding of the Mexican regulatory landscape and up-to-date knowledge of political and legislative developments.
