Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., in connection with a shelf takedown of $600 million of ONEOK, Inc.’s 5.850 percent notes due 2026, $600 million of ONEOK, Inc.’s 6.350 percent notes due 2031 and $300 million of ONEOK, Inc.’s 7.150 percent notes due 2051. The net proceeds from the offering are being used to repay all amounts outstanding under the company’s term loan facility and for general corporate purposes.
