Shearman & Sterling partner Sarah McLean was selected as a “Most Effective Dealmaker” by the Texas Legal Awards, presented by Texas Lawyer.

Sarah was recognized for her work advising Oryx Midstream on its sale to Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners for $3.6 billion.

Since the opening of Shearman & Sterling’s Texas offices in April 2018, the midstream transactions team led by Sarah have represented buyers, sellers and sponsors of midstream assets on over 30 transactions totaling approximately $20.5 billion.
