Global Managing Partner and Global Head of M&A George Casey co-authored an article with Doreen Lilienfeld, Global Governance & Advisory Practice Group Leader and Compensation, Governance and ERISA/Private Clients Team Leader, for Corporate Board Member, titled “Governance Amid Crisis: How 2020 Changed the Boardroom.” The article, just published by Corporate Board Member, is based on a survey of directors of a wide range of public companies across a number of industries and discusses the impact of the Covid environment on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It also looks ahead to the ways in which corporate boards may institute further ESG policies even after the current pandemic is over.
