Earlier this year, Clare was also recognized by The Deal as a Top Woman in Dealmaking.

Over the past few years, Clare's work has included significant transactions such as leading Ardagh Group SA in the pending listing of its metal and glass beverage packaging business on the NYSE through its $8.5 billion business combination with Gores Holdings V; Raytheon Corporation in its $120 billion merger of equals with United Technologies; Boston Scientific Corporation in various transactions, including its $4 billion acquisition of BTG plc, an English public company; and Mubadala Investment Company in various transactions.
