Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries’ €400 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling advised Citigroup Global Markets Europe, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, HSBC Continental Europe, ING Bank, J.P. Morgan, National Bank of Greece, Nomura Financial Products Europe, Optima bank and Piraeus Bank as initial purchasers in connection with Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries’ offering of €400 million 2.125% senior notes due 2026. This is Motor Oil Hellas' third such offering after the company's successful €350 million high yield notes offerings in 2014 and 2017. The proceeds of the offering will be used to refinance the Company's existing notes issued in 2017 and for general corporate purposes.

Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries operates one of the top refineries in Europe and is the only base-oil producer in Greece. Motor Oil is active in the crude oil refining and trading of oil products sectors and the majority of its products are exported outside Greece.
