Shearman & Sterling Welcomes Counsel to the São Paulo Office

Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the appointment of Jonathan Lewis as counsel within the Capital Markets practice in Brazil. Jonathan will be a member of the firm’s Latin America practice group.

Jonathan brings extensive expertise advising clients on New York and English law matters principally in Brazil but also across Latin America on a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, bank and related financings, liability management and restructurings.
