Shearman & Sterling advised Andlinger & Company GmbH on the acquisition of Mesa Parts GmbH from the Meyer family. The transaction is already completed.

Mesa Parts, with sites in Lenzkirch (Germany), Nachod (Czech Republic) and in Lerma (Mexico), is a leading development and production partner for high-quality precision turned parts and turned parts-based assemblies for internationally operating technology companies. In addition, the company has in recent years also built up its own product development capabilities for hydrogen technologies.
