Shearman & Sterling advised Solvares Group GmbH, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), on the acquisition of Opheo Solutions GmbH. With the acquisition of Opheo Solutions GmbH, the Group is expanding its portfolio to include solutions for truck dispatching and route optimisation in the transport sector, continuing its course of strategic growth.

Opheo Solutions GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, develops software for route planning across truck dispatching. The software operates as a “digital transport control center” and, through the use of artificial intelligence, enables users to optimize routes, to reduce mileage, and to better utilize transport resources. 

Jann Jetter already advised Solvares Group on the acquisitions of Austrian software company Impactit and German Städtler Logistik.
