Cboe Global Markets, Inc.’s $300 Million Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley as joint book-running managers and Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, Lloyds Securities, MUFG, RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, Bancroft Capital and Loop Capital Markets as co-managers in connection with the offering by Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (“Cboe”) of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.000% senior notes due 2032 (the “notes”). Cboe intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes, together with cash on hand and the proceeds of additional borrowings, to finance the acquisition of Eris Digital Holdings, LLC.
