Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the arrival of Lance Levine as a counsel in its Real Estate practice in New York.

Lance is an established commercial real estate lawyer in all aspects of real estate law, with a particular emphasis in real estate finance, including mortgage and mezzanine lending, construction financing, workouts and restructuring. He also has significant experience in acquisitions and dispositions of various types of commercial real estate property.
