Partner Agnès Dunogué (New York-Litigation) has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s “Top 250 Women in Litigation” guide for the second consecutive year. The list recognizes those who have “earned their place amongst the leading female litigators by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history, as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.” 

Agnès has successfully represented an array of clients in both state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country, and has achieved numerous favorable outcomes for clients. Earlier this year, she was recognized by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 in connection with securities litigation, including her representation of underwriter syndicates in putative securities class actions.
