Shearman & Sterling advised Groupe Premium, a leading French player in wealth and insurance solutions and asset management serving individuals and professionals since 2000, on the acquisition of Valetys, a wealth management consultancy firm based in Avignon and Montpellier.

This is the seventh acquisition for Group Premium since June 2021 with Eurazeo as a  majority shareholder. With the ambition of strengthening its development model by combining both the distribution of insurance products and asset management, this acquisition brings the group's total assets to more than 7 billion euros.

This acquisition enables Groupe Premium to establish a local presence both in the PACA and the Occitanie regions.

Shearman & Sterling recently advised Groupe Premium on the acquisition of Groupe Forward, Linard Charbonnel and Sefima.
