Shearman & Sterling Strengthens London Offering with Double Partner Promotion

Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the election of Trinh Chubbock and Kevin Heverin as partners in London, effective March 1, 2023. Trinh and Kevin will be partners in the firm’s Project Development & Finance and Financial Restructuring & Insolvency practices, respectively.

Trinh is an energy specialist focusing on project development, energy M&A and commercial contracts. She has a broad practice covering the full value chain from upstream oil and gas to downstream sectors, with some experience in midstream work and LNG. Trinh also focuses on renewable energy and energy transition.

Kevin has significant experience representing clients in all aspects of complex restructurings, special situations investing, workouts, debt financings, and insolvency matters. His experience includes roles advising companies and stakeholders such as banks, funds, noteholders, trustees, directors and insolvency practitioners on a range of complex cross-border restructurings and financings.
