Shearman & Sterling advised Investcorp Europe Acquisition Corp I in an agreement to combine with Orca Holdings Limited in a transaction that will result in OpSec, the global leader in brand protection, going public on Nasdaq. Investcorp Europe currently trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker “IVCB.” The anticipated pro-forma enterprise value of the combined company is approximately $426 million.

The transaction was announced on April 26, 2023 in a press release.

Investcorp Europe is a Cayman Islands special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, formed for the purpose effecting a merger, share exchange or similar business combination. OpSec is a world leader in the optimization, monetization, and protection of brands and intellectual property.
