Adam Hakki, Shearman & Sterling’s Senior Partner, has been named a finalist by The American Lawyer for its prestigious nationwide Litigator of the Year award. Adam was named one of eight finalists across the United States on the strength of a string of courtroom victories in the last year for top 100 corporations in the technology, media, and financial services industries in cases in which billions of dollars in damages were sought. Adam was named an American Lawyer Litigator of the Year in 2021.

The winner will be recognized at The American Lawyer Awards in New York on November 15.
