Overview
Lauren Beebe is an associate in the Litigation practice. Her practice focuses on representing clients across industries in litigation at all levels of state and federal courts, as well as in civil and criminal regulatory matters, and in strategic counseling and compliance matters. She has drafted motions, briefs, and pleadings at every level of the federal court system and in multiple state courts across the country, addressing a wide variety of legal issues and substantive areas including administrative law, antitrust, arbitration, campaign finance, class actions, constitutional law, criminal law, federal preemption, multidistrict litigation, product liability, racketeering, securities, sovereign immunity, and statutory interpretation.
Before entering private practice, Lauren served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
