Overview
Sam is an associate in the Litigation practice. He focuses on internal and government investigations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) risk assessments and compliance reviews, securities litigation, and complex business litigation.
Sam is a former law clerk to U.S. District Judge Cynthia A. Bashant on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and to U.S. Magistrate Judge Henry B. Pitman on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
