Carly Cha is an associate in the Finance practice.
She advises borrowers and lenders in all aspects of private finance transactions, including leveraged and investment-grade committed financings ranging from syndicated senior facilities, second-lien facilities, leveraged buyouts, asset-based loans, revolving credit facilities, term loans, and Rule 144A/Regulation S private placements, among others. Carly represents investment banks, commercial banks, alternative capital providers, other financial institutions and corporate borrower clients.
Carly has prior experience in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
- JPMorgan Chase, as Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent on a $1.496 billion first lien financing for Snow Borrower & Project Leopard Holdings, consisting of a $1.346 billion term loan facility and a $150 million revolving credit facility, to finance the acquisition of Kofax Parent Limited (Kofax) by Snow Bido (sponsored by Clearlake Capital Group and TA Associates Management), from Thoma Bravo.
- Credit Suisse, as Administrative Agent on a refinancing transaction undertaken by Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc.
