Kristel Fournier-O’Connor is a senior associate in the Project Development & Finance practice.

Kristel advises on projects across a variety of sectors and in all stages of development, including power, renewable energy, nuclear and infrastructure projects.

Kristel has significant experience representing Sponsors, Lenders and Governments in many jurisdictions, including francophone jurisdictions. Kristel is bilingual in French and English and has managed projects (including coordinating local counsel) and advised clients in both languages.

Kristel's focus includes the development and negotiation of project documents, including development agreements, design agreements, construction agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, concession and implementation agreements and power purchase agreements.
