Crystal Gao is an associate in the Capital Markets practice.

She focuses on a variety of domestic and cross-border debt and equity capital markets transactions for public and private companies and underwriters, including IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, de-SPACs and PIPEs, liability management transactions and at-the-market programs.

She also advises companies on their public disclosures, SEC and NYSE/Nasdaq compliance matters, and corporate governance matters. Crystal works with clients in a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, technology, energy and industrials, among others.

Crystal holds a JD/MBA from York University and was previously seconded to BofA Securities, where she advised on a wide variety of equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions.
