Overview
Nik Krylov is an associate in the Litigation practice. He advises financial institutions and other major companies in complex civil litigations, regulatory proceedings, and internal investigations. Nik has represented clients in federal and state courts in connection with a wide variety of matters, including securities and derivative litigations, matters related to structured financial products, and breach-of-contract disputes.
Nik is a former law clerk to Judge George B. Daniels on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
