As the Chief Knowledge Officer, Glenn is responsible for Knowledge Management, Innovation, Legal Technology, Research & Competitive Intelligence, Business Technology and Process Improvement.

Glenn brings over two decades of experience in the global legal industry. In his previous roles as the Vice President of Knowledge Management at Aderant, Chief Strategy Officer of Handshake Software and as a primary relationship lead at LexisNexis, Glenn consulted with the majority of the Global 100 law firms.

Glenn has his BA from Salisbury University as well as numerous certifications in technology, management and business.

Glenn is a regular speaker and author.   Some recent examples include “Knowledge Management in the Corporate Legal Department,” Legal Operations by Shearman; “Data Analytics: Driving value at the intersection of internal and external data,” by the Thompson Reuters institute.
