Overview
Jai Lakhani is an associate in the Capital Markets practice.
He regularly advises issuers, underwriters and investors on a wide range of registered and unregistered capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, at-the-market programs, investment grade and high yield debt transactions, tender offers and hybrid offerings. He also has experience advising on public and private acquisitions, liability management, corporate governance and securities law and exchange compliance matters.
Jai holds a JD/MBA from York University and prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Jai was a corporate associate at Bennett Jones LLP in Canada. Jai also has prior operational experience at a leading Canadian telecommunications provider.
