Overview
Austin Law is an associate in the Funds practice.
His practice focuses on the representation of investment funds and investment advisers on all aspects of their businesses, including regulatory matters and compliance, SEC registration, inspections, board and governance matters and mergers and acquisitions of investment advisers. Austin also has experience advising operating companies on “status” issues under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and representing investors of private funds.
