Overview
Laëtitia is an associate in the Tax practice.
Laëtitia's practice focuses on transactional taxation as well as corporate and estate taxation, both in terms of advice and litigation.
She particularly assists the firm's clients in private equity transactions (structuring, implementation of management packages). She also assists companies with their tax issues, as well as managers and entrepreneurs in the structuring of their assets.
