Kate O’Donoghue is an associate in our Financial Restructuring & Insolvency practice based in London.
Kate has experience in relation to debt restructurings and cross-border insolvency issues and has worked with a diverse range of stakeholders including creditor committees, banks, distressed investors and corporates.
Kate has previously spent six months in Singapore where she concentrated on international project finance and corporate transactions.
Experience
- The super senior revolving credit facility lenders on the debt and equity recapitalisation through a UK scheme of arrangement of Selecta Group, the European market leader in self-service beverage and snack solutions*
- International management of a cross-border transportation company on restructuring discussions in Europe, Australasia and Asia-Pacific on its proposed restructuring and affiliate Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings*
- Security agent on the restructuring of Fred Olsen, a Norwegian-based off shore rig operator*
- Management team of Noble in the international restructuring of the Noble Group, a major independent energy products and industrial raw materials supply chain manager*
