Memmi Rasmussen is an associate in the Antitrust practice.

Her practice focuses on the representation of multinational corporations, financial institutions, and individuals in civil and criminal matters, including litigation and investigations by government agencies.  Memmi also counsels clients on a range of antitrust and competition law matters including mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and compliance.  Memmi represents clients across a variety of industries including energy, financial services, commodities, and healthcare.
