Overview
Anthony J. Roselle is an associate in the Real Estate practice.
He represents agents and institutional lenders in syndicated finance transactions for REITs and other real estate companies with assets located domestically and abroad involving assets and currencies in multiple countries. He also represents lenders in non-recourse single and multi-property mortgage and mezzanine real estate finance transactions involving term and construction financings of hotel, retail and multifamily assets.
Anthony represents clients including Citibank, AllianceBernstein and Ares Management.
