Barbara Streichenberger-Michel is a senior associate in the Paris Governance, Compensation and Employee Shareholding Group.

With a strong background in business laws, she advises major listed and non-listed French companies and banks, in the structuring, implementation and follow-up of their employee share ownership and synthetic share plans, of their long term incentive plans, such as democratic and discretionary free shares, performance shares and stock option plans, as well as on issues relating to managers’ compensation and corporate governance.

Barbara focuses on all French law aspects, in particular with respect to corporate law, securities law, labor law, and tax aspects of these plans, and manages the implementation of these plans in France and outside of France.
