Simon’s broad experience includes advising the board and senior management on legal and regulatory matters across corporate and investment banking, global markets, asset and wealth management.
Simon has also advised on major litigation and regulatory enforcement matters, as well as all types of legal and regulatory matters relating to transactions, sales and trading, bank lending and outsourcing. Simon was formerly Co-General Counsel at Deutsche Bank AG. Earlier in his career he was Chief Compliance Officer at Deutsche Bank AG.
